Countdown!??

As you can see, we have passed our due date. We are currently four days overdue. We saw the doctor on Friday, she said that everything looks good. We have another appointment on Wednesday, if he hasn't come by then.

Last Game?

Last night we went to the last Sonics home game (hopefully it wasn't the last game in Seattle). We had a great time visiting with friends, watching a great game (the Sonics won, that didn't happen much this year), I was attacked by Squatch and Tiff pinched Lofa Tatupu's butt.

I Can't Believe I Forgot

I can't believe I forgot to write about our ultrasound a few weeks ago. Everything went well and we even got a glimpse of what he looks like. Here is a picture.

The First Family Photo

Well, sort of. Tiff and I got our pictures taken this weekend. I am just glad that we were able to do it before he was born. We kept putting it off and I was afraid we would be too late. We also put up curtains in the baby's room (just finished tonight) and got a mattress today. Except for the dresser and hanging stuff up on the walls we are pretty much done with his room. Tiff is still doing great. She still works out twice a week (nine months pregnant and still works out more than me, I am pathetic). Nine days to go until the due date but we think we will go past it (his daddy was more than three weeks late). Here are some photos from our portrait sitting.

Spring Snow

The first winter I spent here in Seattle it snowed only once, at even then it was when I was in Idaho for Christmas. Last night we got about four inches of snow. FOUR INCHES!? IN LATE MARCH!? IN SEATTLE!!?? I know, we couldn't beleive it either. Most of it is already gone now. I am glad it was on a weekend and we didn't have to commute in it. Here is a picture.

Three Weeks

We are only three weeks away from our due day. Tiff is still feeling pretty good. She had another shower a few weeks ago and I had one at work this week. I have posted pohots of each in the photo gallery. We are truly blessed to have such amazing friends and family. Thank you all so much for your generous gifts. This coming up week we have an ultrasound and tour of the hospital. We are getting very excited to meet our new little guy! Here are a few pictures of Tiff from last weekend.

40 Days to Go

It's getting close, only 40 days to go. Last weekend we took our Childbirth Class and on Thursday took a Coping Techniques Class. The baby's room is coming along (you can see photos in my gallery). Tiff had a shower a few weeks ago and we got ALOT of clothes!!! She has another one next weekend as well. It frightens me to think of getting more clothes!! ;o) Tiff is still feeling pretty good and is still working out 2-3 times a week.

Happy Birthday!!! Today is both Tiffany's and my mom's birthday. I hope you each have a wonderful day. I love you both!

Baby's Room

We spent the weekend working on the baby's room. On Saturday, Jenny came over and helped us paint the room (thank you so much for your help Jenny). I finished up with the details on Sunday. Today, it snowed. There wasn't too much snow but we were unable to get out of our driveway so we didn't make it in to work today. We took advantage of our day off and put up the wallpaper border. It is coming along nicely. Take a look.

6 Down, 3 to Go!

We are at the 2/3 mark this week. Three months to go...so far yet so close! Seems like there is so much to do. This past weekend we registered at Babies R Us and Target. It was fun but overwhelming. We have no idea how to choose bottles! And that is just the beginning. Pacifiers, high chairs, monitors & diaper genies. Not things we have ever even thought about let alone shop for. We have also started to get the baby's room ready. We had to move everything from the office downstairs and moved the guest room to the office. The baby will get the old guest room. The next step is choosing paint and painting the room. Tiff is doing well but has started to get tired all the time again. Plus she has not been sleeping well, which means I have been sleeping even worse. That is ok though because I know that she needs her rest. Here are a few picture from last week. He's a Mover and a Shaker

We felt the baby move for the first time on January 1st. It was very exciting. We felt him about 5-6 times over about 5 minutes. He must have got tired because we waited about 15 minutes but never felt him again. He's going to be a powerful little bugger, they weren't little kicks. Tiff felt him again last night but he wasn't cooperating for dad.
We hope everyone had a wonderful holiday. We spent about a week and a half with my family in Idaho. It snowed about 6 inches on Christmas Eve. When we got back we celebrated Tiff's mom's 60th birthday.

Marital Compromise

Anyone who knows us knows that Tiff loves the color red and I love the color blue. We all know she won when it came to choosing the color for the wedding. The compromise? Blue bedroom! So when it came time to decorate the Christmas Tree what did we do? Red, White and Blue? No...

Blue one year...

...and Red the next.

The only bad thing is that we have twice as much decorations. So, you ask if we are tied? No way, baby boy means another blue room! Looks like I am ahead.
