The BootCamp was about 2 hours long the format was different than a normal class and sure give me a great workout. We did a few cardio songs then went to a station where we would work a specific muscle, then back to cardio and so on. There was also an instructor meeting about putting sets together and answering questions about all the rules that are confusing. After that we relaxed for a while before going to a reception at a local winery.
